MEET THE TEAM
BKS is proud to announce its 11th year as an Official Charity Partner for New York Road Runners’ TCS New York City Marathon! This year, it will take place on Sunday, November 1st. The marathon covers all five (5) boroughs, starting in Staten Island and ending in Manhattan’s Central Park.
Runners from around the world seek to gain entry to participate in this awesome race. We have five (5) of those entries and are looking for team members to help raise funds to support our Inclusive Learning programs. These programs include our Sensory Gym, an on-site Occupational Therapist and Social Worker and our enrichment activities of tennis, violin and yoga (mindfulness). All of these help us to provide a more equitable first step for some of Brooklyn’s youngest learners.
